Work.Live.Leicestershire. (WiLL) Employment support across rural Leicestershire
A mix of online and face to face delivery.
Across rural Leicestershire.
A mix of remote support, and also face to face meetings and training courses delivered in rural areas and market towns, so no need to travel into Leicester or further afield to access support.
Aim to deliver a maximum of 12 weeks one to one support but can be extended if there is a clearly identified need for longer term support that is likely to achieve a positive outcome.
Face to face sessions mainly delivered in Coalville, Hinckley, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough. Our support is delivered in the local libraries or hired rooms in local venues (covid secure).
Every participant is swiftly allocated a named keyworker who is in regular contact and able to help them identify their individual employment goals and aspirations.
The participant and keyworker agree an individual, holistic action plan. A tailored package of support is put in place to help the participant work towards their desired outcomes, and this includes any or all of the following;
- Regular intensive one to one keyworker support.
- CV writing.
- Job searching, interview coaching and support with on line job searching and job applications.
- Opportunities for volunteering placements.
- Employability courses.
- Self-employment advice and business start-up.
Specialised support for people aged between 18-24 without delivery partners B-Inspired and Access all Areas, including helping young people to access Kickstart opportunities
- Self Referral
