Description
The Crisis Café will be open from 12 noon – 8pm every Wednesday and trained Turning Point staff will be on hand to welcome anyone who feels they would benefit some mental health support, whether they are feeling lonely, anxious, or have more intensive mental health needs.
The staff will work with guests who may benefit from learning some practical coping strategies, have a 1:1 session, or join in with making arts and crafts over a warm cuppa.
No referral is needed, and everyone is welcome.
