Description

The charity has a number of projects which offer bespoke responses to the needs of families with young children who are facing difficult circumstances and challenges in their parenting role due to a range of issues including finances, housing, health and disability,

Much of the support provided is from a highly trained volunteer team who are matched with individual families for one to one regular support at home or in community settings. Coordinator staff both support volunteers to help families effectively and carry out other case-work support with families as needed.
