Description
The Wellbeing Befriending Service is here for anyone aged 18 and above who lives in the Harborough District who wishes to improve their overall wellbeing. We provide a variety of support, including weekly `catch up` phone calls, support with accessing community resources and monthly wellbeing workshops. Our team is made up of trusted, experienced volunteers who are ready to help. The support is free.
